A reader's guide, not a storefront.
Research Republic is an independent educational publication about research peptides and the laboratory practice around them.
What we do
We write long-form explanatory articles on the fundamentals of the field: peptide chemistry, verification and testing, storage and handling, experimental method, and the regulatory framework. The aim is to give readers enough grounding to evaluate claims, sources and conversations for themselves.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, stock, source, ship or recommend any product or supplier.
- We do not provide medical advice, usage guidance or procedural instructions of any kind.
- We do not accept advertising, sponsorship or affiliate arrangements.
- We do not endorse the use of research compounds outside of a properly supervised laboratory setting.
Editorial standards
Articles describe general principles rather than specific protocols. Where regulatory matters are discussed we describe the structure rather than the current status of any compound, because status changes and readers should go to the primary source. We revise articles when we learn something is out of date and we note the revision date on each piece.
